Privacy and security of our users is extremely important to us.
That’s exactly why we have a verification process within Peaches’nCream.
There are two ways to get verified:
- Any user whom you’ve met in person can verify you
- You can submit a verification selfie through the app
Getting Verified By Another User
Getting verified by another user whom you’ve met in person is very easy.
All the other user needs to do is go to your profile and click on the VERIFY ACCOUNT button right beneath your profile picture.
If they do not see this button it is either because you are already verified or you have not uploaded a profile picture.
A profile picture is required to get verified.
They will be prompted to confirm they have met you in person and then be given the option to verify you.
Once done, you are immediately verified.
Submitting a Verification Selfie
If you do not know someone on the app you have the option to submit a verification selfie.
You can access this by going to your profile and clicking on the GET VERIFIED button right below your profile picture or simply toggle to SPICY mode.
If you do not see this button it is either because you are already verified or you have not uploaded a profile picture.
A profile picture is required to get verified.
You will see a screen like this showing you the options to get verified with a Photo verification option at the bottom
When submitting your selfie be sure to include all of the required information or your request will be denied delaying your verification.
- Selfie must have a full, unobstructed view of your face
- Include a handwritten note with:
- “Peaches’nCream”
- Your username
- Today’s date
If any of this information is missing your verification will be denied.
We work as quickly as possible to approve verifications but can sometimes take up to 72 hours for approval which is why we encourage you to get verified by another user if you know someone personally.
