f you’ve clicked on a post from your notifications or a link shared in chat and are met with a POST NOT AVAILABLE screen, it means you do not have the necessary privileges to view the post.
When Can You View a Post?
To access a post, one of the following conditions must be met:
- Public Post by a Public User – Anyone can see posts made by public users.
- Private User’s Post – You must be an approved follower of the user.
- Group Post – You must be a member of the group where the post was shared.
Why Might a Post Be Unavailable?
You may see the POST NOT AVAILABLE screen for the following reasons:
- The post has been deleted – The original poster removed the post.
- You are not an approved follower – The post was made by a private user, and you do not have access.
- You are not in the group – The post was shared in a private group you are not part of.
- You have been blocked – The person who posted may have blocked you, restricting your access to their content.
If you believe you should have access to a post but still see this message, check your follower status or group membership.
