Secondary Producer Exemption

The operator of this website, Connect SPP LLC, is not the primary or secondary producer, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257, of any visual content uploaded and published by users of this platform. All such content is produced solely by the users themselves. Primary producers of user-uploaded content are solely responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including maintaining required age and identity records for all performers depicted in their content.

By registering and using this platform, users who upload visual content containing sexually explicit conduct represent and warrant that:

1. All performers depicted in their content are adults (18 years of age or older);
2. They have verified the age and identity of all performers; and
3. They maintain all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 at their address or as otherwise required by law.
