Community Guidelines

Peaches’nCream is a place to flirt, connect, explore, and express yourself freely within a respectful, sexy, and safe community.

To keep our vibe fun, real, and drama-free, we ask everyone to follow these Community Guidelines. They’re part of our Terms and Conditions, and violating them may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.

Peaches’nCream is strictly for adults. You must be 18+ to use our app or site. We reserve the right to ask for your ID to verify your age, and we’ll block you from the platform if you’re underage.

We have a zero tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse. We don’t allow content that sexualizes or endangers children, real or fictional (e.g. anime, media, text, illustrations, or digital images). This includes any visual depictions or discussions of sexually explicit conduct involving a child. For the purposes of this policy, a child is anyone under the age of 18. It’s prohibited to upload, store, produce, share, or entice anyone to share child sexual abuse material, even if the intent is to express outrage or raise awareness about this issue. 

We take this seriously — no exceptions.

Show Off…Or Not

Your profile is your opportunity to show as much or as little as you choose to share but there are a few things we do not allow:

  • Impersonating celebrities, public figures, or fictional characters
  • Usernames that could confuse others into thinking you’re someone other than you are
  • Profile pictures that contain any nudity
  • Profile pictures that contain photos of children on their own
  • Profiles pictures that contain a logo or product of which you are not the legal owner

Reel them in but Don’t Catfish

Attraction starts with authenticity — the real you is your best catch.

  • No impersonation, fake profiles, or catfishing
  • Bots and spammy behavior will get removed fast
  • Don’t use stolen or AI-generated photos/videos to mislead others
  • Profiles made just to collect data, promote services, or lure users off-platform will be removed
  • Use your own photos — posting someone else’s image, even “just for fun,” breaks trust
  • Don’t pretend to be a different gender, age, or relationship status to get attention
  • Don’t make false statements about yourself including name, gender, age, and permanent location

Misleading info about your identity, intentions, or availability isn’t flirty — it’s dishonest

Keep It Sexy, Not Messy

We celebrate sexy, flirty, and spicy content, but we don’t allow:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
  • Non-consensual content or revenge porn
  • Discrimination based on gender, orientation, race, body type, age, or disability
  • Threats or violent behavior
  • Slurs or demeaning language If it makes someone feel unsafe or attacked, it doesn’t belong here.

Consent is Sexy

It’s pretty simple: NO MEANS NO

But let’s cover a few things to make sure we are all on the same page:

  • Don’t use the platform to harass, stalk, or pressure anyone ever.
  • Respect boundaries. If someone says “no,” “stop,” or doesn’t respond — that means stop.
  • Only send spicy content if it is welcomed. In other words don’t send a dick pic as your first message and always ask before sending.
  • Stop messaging someone if they ask you to stop
  • Don’t pressure anyone into conversations, content, or connections they’re not comfortable with.
  • If someone withdraws consent or blocks you, respect it.

Don’t Yuck Someone Else’s Yum

Our community thrives on mutual respect, flirtation, and feel-good energy. There’s no room here for behavior that intimidates, humiliates, or harms — no matter how spicy things get. We don’t tolerate bullying, manipulation, or anything that makes someone feel unsafe, targeted, or drained.

Here’s what crosses the line:

  • Belittling, shaming, or insulting others — about looks, body type, gender, sexuality, kinks, preferences, or anything else.
  • Promoting or condoning hate, dehumanization, degradation, or contempt against marginalized or minoritized communities based on the following protected attributes: race/ethnicity, national origin/nationality/immigration status, caste, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability or serious health condition, or religion/belief. 
  • Making unwanted or creepy comments about someone’s body, photos, or lifestyle.
  • Emotional abuse, threats, or blackmail — even if it’s “just a joke.”
  • Repeated messaging or stalking behavior after someone’s made it clear they’re not interested.
  • Using the app to blackmail, manipulate, gaslight, or control another person or partner.
  • Wishing or celebrating violence, self-harm, or harm to others.

No Illegal or Dangerous Behavior

  • No promotion or discussion of illegal activity (e.g., drugs, trafficking, underage content).
  • Do not use our platforms to buy, sell, supply, distribute, promote or facilitate the purchase, sale, supply, or distribution of illegal drugs and/or controlled goods and substances. This includes: e-cigarettes, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, or the misuse of legal substances like prescription drugs, tobacco, or alcohol. 
  • Don’t solicit or offer payment for sexual services.
  • We don’t permit organizations or individuals that proclaim, glorify, condone, or are known to support a violent, dangerous, or terrorist-based mission to have a presence on Peaches’nCream.

No Scams, Schemes, or Sugarcoating the Truth

We’re here for real connections, not con games.

Peaches’nCream prohibits any scam or theft activity intended to defraud or manipulate members out of financial or material resources. That includes:

  • Asking for money, gifts, or financial support under false pretenses.
  • Pretending to be interested in someone just to get cash, clout, or access.
  • Misleading members into investments, donations, or “opportunities.”
  • Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to fake engagement, manipulate matches, or game the system. We prioritize real people making real connections — not artificial influence.

If you’re here to hustle people instead of flirt — you’re in the wrong place.

No Violence, Harm, or Dangerous Content

Safety is non-negotiable. Period.

We don’t tolerate any behavior that causes — or threatens to cause — real-world harm. That includes:

  • Physical or sexual violence of any kind.
  • Stalking or harassment that spills offline.
  • Exploitation, human trafficking, or any form of coercion.
  • Rape, rape fantasies, non-consensual roleplay, or any content that depicts, condones, glorifies, or trivializes sexual violence.
  • Sexual assault, including attempted or unwanted physical contact.
  • Sexual harassment, including cyberflashing, indecent exposure, fetishization, or sharing sexual images without consent.
  • Graphic, violent, or gory content — including realistic blood, injury photos
  • Sharing dangerous medical misinformation, civic disinfo, or conspiracy theories that could cause harm.
  • Promoting suicide, self-injury, disordered eating, or body-shaming.
  • Spammy behavior like misleading links, bot activity, or excessive accounts.

You’re welcome to be open and honest about your struggles — we want real — but not in ways that endanger yourself or others.

Too Hot to Handle? Let Us Know.

At Peaches’nCream, we like it hot — but never unsafe. Our spicy little playground is watched over by a combo of clever human moderators and smart systems that help keep things flirty and respectful according to our Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.

Still, you’re the eyes and ears of our community. If someone says or does something that makes you feel uncomfortable, creeped out, or just plain weirded out — trust your gut and report it. You have the ability to report any user, post or comment and can block any user at any time. 

Don’t worry the user you block does not get notified.

That said, not every awkward convo or lack of spark is report-worthy. Disagreeing with someone or not vibing doesn’t mean they broke the rules. We take false reports seriously, especially when someone’s using them to target people based on protected attributes. That’s not cool, and it’s definitely not how we roll here.

Play Nice or Go Home

We want everyone on Peaches’nCream to have a good time — but that only works if we all follow the rules. If you break our Community Guidelines, act shady, or do anything that feels harmful to the vibe, we’ll take action. Period.

What that looks like depends on what went down. We might:

  • Give you a warning (hey, we all slip up sometimes)
  • Remove the offending content
  • Freeze or fully ban your account across all Connect SPP LLC apps
  • In serious cases, cooperate with law enforcement (yep, it’s that real)

And don’t think bad behavior outside the app is off-limits — if we hear about harm happening during meetups, on other platforms, or even something serious from your past, we might take action as if it happened here. Peaches’nCream doesn’t stop at the edge of the screen.
